Welcome to Sattar Nails! To ensure the best shopping experience, we have answered the most common questions regarding sizing, application, shipping, and returns below.

💅 Product & Sizing

Q: How do I know my size?
A: Accurate sizing is essential for the best fit and comfort. Please verify your measurements using our Size Guide Page.
We generally offer XS, S, M, and L sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or choosing "Custom Size" and leaving your exact measurements (in mm) in the checkout notes.

Q: Are your nails handmade or machine-made?
A: We specialize in 100% Handmade  press-ons. Our handmade collection is crafted by professional nail artists using salon-quality gel polish, ensuring they look and feel just like a fresh salon manicure.

Q: What comes with my order? (Prep Kit)
A: Every nail set comes with a complementary tool kit so you can apply them immediately. The kit includes:

  • 1x Sheet of Sticky Tabs (for temporary wear)

  • 1x Nail Glue (for long-term wear, if applicable)

  • 1x Love-shape Nail File

  • 1x Cuticle Stick (Plastic pusher)

  • 2x Alcohol Prep Pad

Q: Will they look fake?
A: Not at all. Our handmade nails are structured and reinforced with gel, unlike the thin plastic nails found in drugstores. With proper application (pushing back cuticles and aligning the nail properly), they look identical to a salon acrylic or gel manicure.

✨ Application & Wear

Q: How long do the nails last?
A: Wear time depends on your application method and lifestyle:

  • Using Sticky Tabs: 1-3 days. Perfect for dates, photoshoots, or weekend wear. The best part is the nails remain reusable.

  • Using Nail Glue: 1-3 weeks. Best for long-term daily wear.

Q: Are the nails reusable?
A: Yes! If you use sticky tabs, they can be reused indefinitely. If you use nail glue, they can still be reused if you are careful during the removal process and gently buff away the dried glue from the back of the nail.

Q: Can I shower or wash my hair with them on?
A: Yes. However, to ensure the bond sets properly, please avoid water contact for 2-3 hours after application. Try to avoid long soaks in very hot water, as heat can soften the adhesive.

Q: How do I remove them?
A: Please do not rip or force them off, as this can damage your natural nails!

  • For Sticky Tabs: Use the wooden stick to gently lift the nail from the side edges.

  • For Glue: We recommend soaking your fingers in warm soapy water (or with a little cuticle oil) for 10-15 minutes until the glue softens, then gently lift them off.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order ship? (Processing Time)
A:

  • Ready to Ship: Ships within 1-2 business days.

  • Made to Order: Since these sets are hand-painted, please allow 3-7 business days for our artists to create your order before shipping.

Q: Can I change my address or size after ordering?
A: If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered production or has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene items) and because many sets are custom-made:

  • Sizing/Preference Issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered or for change of mind. Please measure your nails carefully before purchasing.

  • Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
